In order to live a fulfilled life, you have to fuel your body right! Now don't be mistaken, I'm no dietician or nutritionist, however in conjunction with my movement (mainly PiYo and Cardio Kick!) I run 21 day challenge groups aligned with meal suggestions and plan ideas. I've figured out how to fuel my body while running between meetings, baseball games and folding laundry and I want to share this with everyone willing to listen. We share recipes, best practices, glean new information from each other and primarily HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE!
